Notis ini ditunaikan di bawah Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 (Akta 709), seksyen 7. Pengguna data: Tavelle, Hafiz Osman, Jalan Teluk 7, 07000 Langkawi, Kedah. Tiada nombor SSM. Tiada pegawai perlindungan data dilantik.
1. Perihal data
Data yang mungkin kami terima: nama, alamat e-mel, teks mesej atau vahti, dan pilihan pelayar (ya atau tidak). Kami tidak mengumpul nombor kad, invois, atau fail permainan.
2. Tujuan
Tujuan terhad: menjawab mesej tentang minit tingkap, menyemak vahti pending, dan menghormati pilihan storan pelayar. Tiada pemasaran berbayar, tiada profil iklan.
3. Sumber
Data datang daripada awak melalui borang di halaman ini, atau daripada pilihan butang kuki pada pelayar awak. Kami tidak membeli senarai pihak ketiga.
4. Hak akses dan pembetulan
Awak berhak meminta akses dan pembetulan data. Tulis ke info@tavelle.org atau ke alamat Kuah. Kami jawab tanpa yuran tersembunyi.
5. Pilihan dan had pemprosesan
Awak boleh menolak storan widget dengan butang Hanya yang perlu. Awak boleh meminta kami berhenti menyimpan mesej, kecuali yang undang-undang wajib kekal.
6. Wajib atau sukarela
Borang hubungan adalah sukarela. Jika medan wajib kosong, mesej tidak dihantar dan kami tidak dapat membalas. Kuki pilihan juga sukarela.
7. Pihak ketiga
Kami tidak menjual data. Hos laman dan e-mel mungkin memproses data sebagai pemproses. Tiada rangkaian iklan. Aduan boleh dibuat kepada Pesuruhjaya Perlindungan Data Peribadi (JPDP).

Data we may receive: name, email address, message or watch-row text, and the browser choice (ya or tidak). We do not collect card numbers, invoices, or game files.
2. Purposes
Limited purposes: answering notes about boarding-window minutes, reviewing pending watch rows, and honouring the browser storage choice. No paid marketing, no advertising profiles.

Data comes from you through the forms on this site, or from the cookie buttons in your browser. We do not buy third-party lists.
4. Right of access and correction
You may request access and correction. Write to info@tavelle.org or to the Kuah address. We reply without hidden fees.
5. Choices and means to limit processing
You may refuse widget storage with Hanya yang perlu. You may ask us to stop keeping a message, except where the law requires us to retain it.
6. Obligatory or voluntary
The contact form is voluntary. If required fields are empty, the message is not sent and we cannot reply. The cookie choice is also voluntary.
7. Class of third parties
We do not sell data. The site host and email provider may process data as processors. No ad network. Complaints may go to the Personal Data Protection Commissioner (JPDP).
8. Breach and contact
